Commerce
We offer services for sale on this site, however since we do not collect payment using this website, we never learn or store your credit card information. When you are ready to start a project with us, we collect payment in a number of ways, mainly through: wire transfers, checks or PayPal. This is only after we have reached a formal agreement with a written contract.
Comments
This site allows users to comment on articles. Comments deemed spam by Akismet will be automatically filtered out and never posted. For those comments that post, if we deem them spam, defamatory, offensive, obscene, libelous, or infringing on others intellectual property we will remove them. If your comment is manually removed for any of these reasons, we will contact you via the email address provided in your comment to discuss the removal. Commenters whose comments require manual removal three times will be blocked from further commenting.
Intellectual Property
This site contains intellectual property owned by Polygon Visuals, including trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property. However, we want you to share our content. If you would like to do so, please share the video using the original Vimeo link that was embedded on the site. Downloading a video and uploading to another website is not allowed. If you would like to share a blog article, please provide a link back to the original article. Any other use beyond this is not authorized with our prior written consent.
